Grain-Free French Toast
  1. In a small bowl, beat together the eggs, cinnamon and cream.photo-1
  2. Slice your loaf into 1 cm thick pieces.photo
  3. Heat 1/2 tsp of coconut oil over medium-low heat. One at a time, dunk your sliced loaf pieces in the egg mixture and place in the pan.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes per side.
  5. Top with fruit, full fat yogurt, coconut cream or Canadian maple syrup.
